33rd AFCAC Plenary
In accordance with the provisions of Article 13 (a) of the AFCAC Constitution, and the Rules of Procedure for Plenary Meetings, the AFCAC Bureau, on behalf of AFCAC, has the honor to invite you to the 33rd AFCAC Plenary Session, convened in the form of hybrid Plenary Session i.e., both virtual and in-person.
The in-person session would be hosted by the Government of Rwanda in Kigali from the 1st to 3rd December 2021.
